Seven Things

I missed Wednesday Wishlist yesterday, and tomorrow I plan to not be in front of a computer screen, so here you have it... Seven Things:

1. Watch this. Share it on Facebook. Show everyone you know. This is especially powerful to me because of my upbringing in a house full of boys. I was told, "you throw like a girl" "you hit like a girl" "you run like a girl" countless times. I never took it to heart, but I now realize how powerful those words are.
2. I love this tutorial on how to make a Tee Dress! So simple! 
3. Okay, and can we talk about how perfect these are? I'm not getting married anytime soon (still have to find a guy to date....lol), but I love the idea! When I saw these on Pinterest, I immediately thought about letter writing since so many of my college friends are away at camp or traveling the country/world!
4. And, because my bestest friend in the entire world is coming to stay with me this weekend for the fourth festivities, read this. Super cute and describes us perfectly!
5. YUM. My mouth is watering. Nutella Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
6. I cannot get this song out of my head!!!!! Love this new band, Dan + Shay!
7. Also, I have been longing for a cute long bob, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I love these lovely ladies' cuts!

Friday calls for cool vibes and that's exactly what this outfit says to me. In love with everything about this outfit.

This weekend, I'm heading back down to Hattiesburg for a float trip down the Bogue Chitto River with some friends! So excited!

A few weeks ago, I wore this to eat lunch with a friend downtown.  This is such a perfect afternoon-in-the-sun outfit because of the piko's light material and these comfortable linen shorts.  I tied the piko (I bought a medium because I like mine big!) for a playful look, and also to show off these shorts! Once again, I have added these fabulous flower earrings (my new favs) to complete the look!

I wore this little number to church yesterday morning! I love how well the boho pieces (kimono, heels) flow with the more feminine pieces (dress, necklace) for such a put-together look.
