Life as of late...

Okay, so to begin, here are a couple of items I recently purchased from SheInside! This was my first time and I am in love!!

A week ago today, my blog mistakenly was deleted by an automated blogger system. While sitting at my desk at work scanning documents and jamming to Natasha Bedingfield pandora, an email popped up on my phone with the above stated information from blogger, and I died. At first, I thought it was a mistake, so I calmy typed in my blog url, and low and behold, "This blog has been removed" appeared. Holding back tears, I texted my best friend who was on her way to my hometown to stay with me for the fourth and asked her what to do. She and I both began google searching possible prognoses and contact information for blogger, and about 30 minutes later came to the conclusion that the automated system had deciphered my blog as "spam" due to the many links on my blog.  I found a blogger help article that outlined how to fix this, and I quickly followed these steps. Within about five days, my blog was back in business!

Aside from this incident, I had a wonderful, long fourth weekend with my best friend and some hometown friends and I could not be more thankful!

Seven Things

I missed Wednesday Wishlist yesterday, and tomorrow I plan to not be in front of a computer screen, so here you have it... Seven Things:

1. Watch this. Share it on Facebook. Show everyone you know. This is especially powerful to me because of my upbringing in a house full of boys. I was told, "you throw like a girl" "you hit like a girl" "you run like a girl" countless times. I never took it to heart, but I now realize how powerful those words are.
2. I love this tutorial on how to make a Tee Dress! So simple! 
3. Okay, and can we talk about how perfect these are? I'm not getting married anytime soon (still have to find a guy to date....lol), but I love the idea! When I saw these on Pinterest, I immediately thought about letter writing since so many of my college friends are away at camp or traveling the country/world!
4. And, because my bestest friend in the entire world is coming to stay with me this weekend for the fourth festivities, read this. Super cute and describes us perfectly!
5. YUM. My mouth is watering. Nutella Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
6. I cannot get this song out of my head!!!!! Love this new band, Dan + Shay!
7. Also, I have been longing for a cute long bob, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I love these lovely ladies' cuts!
