Wishes #2

Oh my goodness...

The past three weeks have been some of the busiest of my entire college career (a semester and a half-hehehe)! From tests, speeches, and mounds of homework, to a semiformal (planning... this friday!!!!), swaps, baseball games, bible studies, and many many meetings for various organizations on campus, I have barely had two seconds to myself...

But that's how life is supposed to be right? I'd be bored if it wasn't!

So, I'm currently sipping coconut mocha coffee made fresh by yours truly, sitting in bed with only my illegal christmas lights on and two candles burning, trying to figure out how I am going to cram for this Modern US exam at 3:30...

You may be wondering, how does this tie into wishes...? Well, my wishes aren't always for material items, and I imagine most other's aren't either, am I right? So, my wishes today may sound off the wall, or, rather, seemingly perfect for a college freshman stressing about every minute, little thing...

1.  *DRUM ROLL PLEASE* For an A on this Modern US test!!!

2.  Hopefully, to begin pursuing a career path in Public Relations (I go to advising tomorrow!)

3.  For happy thoughts to float through my mind as we enter spring

4.  To gain a closer relationship with the Lord, as it is lent (I gave up twitter :(...)

5. To stop getting upset over small useless happenings in the world and to change my sometimes negative outlook on life into one that prospers in positive thoughts towards myself and others.

6. And, finally, to have some time to experiment with my personal style and to show y'all what it's all about!

I forgot to mention I made a Poshmark last week to get a head start on spring cleaning! I will be adding more items in the future, but check out my closet here!!

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

I love this wrap trend in swimsuits this season, as well as the flowy bandeau trend for smaller busts (like myself), and don't forget about floral! LOVE!!

You can find Hawaiian Tropic Tanning Oil at your local drugstore and don't forget to grab your favorite book!!! Gone Girl By Gillian Flynn is a MUST READ!!!

Have a safe and warm Spring Break!

Rookie Moves

This past week has been such a blur, and I have not had time to photograph any outfits yet, but here are a few photos from my adventures with modeling for a boutique here in Starkville, Ms!!
I am in LOVE with these teal cutout mules and this classy lace dress! The cut is perfect for girls with long legs like me!

This top is the PERFECT transition into spring from this cold winter.  I love how the green necklace brings out the bright hue of these yellow lace shorts!

This shot is my favorite, probably because I have flowers in my hair (!!!!!) and I love these wedge sandals! I HAVE TO HAVE THEM!

All of these items can be found at R. Tabb & Co. Boutique and Gifts on Main Street in downtown Starkville!

*****DISCLAIMER: I have never modeled in my life.  The closest I came to modeling was senior portraits, and I don't think that counts...So please feel free to make fun of my awkwardness...*****

Much Love,
Sarah Rose
